The Tower of Silence, or dakhma, is where Parsis leave their dead to be returned to nature - neither buried nor cremated.

The black mass was held Sept. 21 at the venue by a satanist group known as the Dakhma of Angra Mainyu Syndicate despite protests from the archdiocese.

About 40 people attended the black mass and satanic exorcism hosted by the Dakhma of Angra Mainyu Syndicate at the civic center.

Dakhma of Angra Mainyu Syndicate held a 2-3 hour ceremony that mocked the Catholic mass by stomping on bread and sexualizing the grape juice-in-lieu of wine, as well as praying to various demons.

Archbishop Paul Coakley said in the lawsuit, which was filed in Oklahoma County District Court, that satanic group Dakhma of Angra Mainyu and leader Adam Daniels unlawfully obtained the consecrated host to be used in the Mass. A consecrated host is a wafer of bread that has been blessed and that Catholics believe is the body of Jesus.
