Hegseth belongs to a radically right-wing church that teaches women were created to be men's submissive helpmeets, and certainly not to have jobs, especially military jobs, outside of the home.

These apps are styled like cutesy helpmeets, and their names — Yohana, Ohai, Milo — would be at home on a Brooklyn day care roster.

If they're female, they're told that their duty is to give up on their ambitions and even self-esteem, in order to be a "helpmeet" for a man.
