The World Health Organisation says without enough nutritious food, clean water and access to health care, an entire generation will be permanently affected.

The program provides child care, education, medical care, and nutritious meals to more than 80,000 low-income children from birth through age five in the state and employs about 26,000 workers.

All the companies stressed they were committed to providing nutritious products for babies, and that their products were intended as a complementary part of a child's varied weaning diet.

"In my first two years I was working more so I had more savings so I could get more nutritious meals," said Nandini.

She has also found a love for batch cooking nutritious meals which she posts about on all of her channels on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and the workarounds she has developed as a blind cook.
