The warrant states that “cell phone video obtained from social media” shows Brown advancing toward the other man with the gun in hand and captures “two shots which occur as Mr. Brown is within several feet” of the other man, who can be seen “ducking after the first shot is heard.”

The other man, a former Colombian police officer, said he worked as a medic alongside other international mercenaries from Venezuela and Guatemala.

The force said one man sustained minor injuries from the incident, whilst one other man and two women have serious injuries - all four remain in hopsital.

After the accuser got out of his truck to confront him, the affidavit said, Furcal threw a rock “the size of a small palm” at the other man, who used his left hand to block it.
