Wandsworth Council offered a voucher scheme.

Assistant coroner Ellie Oakley said he had been treated in hospital for about three months before being moved to Wandsworth Common Care Home where he was receiving palliative care before his death on 12 November.

This included a video of former HMP Wandsworth prison officer Linda De Sousa Abreu, who admitted having sex with a prisoner last year.

Ben bought the ex-council flat in Wandsworth almost three years ago and around six months later, Drina Gray moved into the flat below.

Ben is a leaseholder in a council-owned block and says many of his complaints to Wandsworth Council went unanswered.
