Actor Eric Dane announced he has ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, but says he feels ‘fortunate’ to be able to continue to work ahead of the third season of “Euphoria.”

Actor Eric Dane, best known for his roles on “Grey’s Anatomy” and more recently on “Euphoria,” reportedly has ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.

Some medical studies have suggested there could be a link between radiation and ALS, but this is not definitive - and more research needs to be done to firm it up.

According to her representative, the Grammy Award-winning artist passed away on Monday and while no cause of death was revealed, Flack had been battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS, since her diagnosis in August 2022.

In 2022, she was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, which took her ability to sing.
