"And by that I mean something like a Cipriani or potentially Aman — just an enormous amount of global wealth where people don't bat an eye dropping hundreds of thousands. It's the mid-range ones that suffer."

Education leaders will meet for a national behaviour summit hosted by the Welsh government on Thursday, prompted by the growing concerns about behaviour as well as an incident at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman in Carmarthenshire last year when a pupil stabbed two members of staff and a fellow student.

Last month, a teenage girl was sentenced to 15 years for the attempted murder of two teachers and a pupil at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman, Carmarthenshire, following a retrial.

Fiona Elias, Liz Hopkin and a pupil who cannot be named for legal reasons were stabbed by the teenager at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, last April.
