R&B star Kehlani will no longer perform at Cornell University, which canceled the singer’s campus concert over their alleged ‘antisemitic, anti-Israel’ views amid the war in Gaza.

The veteran R&B star said he initially had his doubts that he’d be welcomed by a country crowd when Jelly Roll brought him out for a surprise appearance at last year’s Stagecoach: “These people don’t wanna hear my s—,” he said he told Jelly Roll.

Among the newcomers with main stage aspirations were South Africa's hip-swivelling R&B star Tyla, and New York dance act Fcukers, whose breakout hit Bon Bon was one of the weekend's most inescapable tracks.

“It took me 20 years to get on this stage,” T-Pain said near the end of his performance on the main stage, and that meant nobody could stop the pioneering hip-hop and R&B star from singing faithful renditions of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’ ” and the country standard “Tennessee Whiskey.”

The same day will see R&B star Summer Walker on stage, who made waves with her previous performance at Finsbury Park in 2022.
