The organization, founded by Bion Bartning, has filed other lawsuits challenging what it says are forms of discriminatory overreach by organizations trying to implement diversity programs; the Ray suit is the organization’s first in the arts arena, but it has begun an arts program as it considers other action.

Grape gum found smeared on her body tenuously linked her murder to serial killer Hugh Bion Morse, who is believed to have killed at least four women and was known to chew grape gum, but a DNA sample given by Morse in 2002 didn’t match.

Bion Bartning, who notes that his heritage is a mix of Jewish, Mexican and Yaqui tribe, pulled his children out of Riverdale and created a foundation to argue against this sort of antiracist education.

Bion will mainly focus on French and European insurance accounts, building on Goldman’s recent advisory work for the likes of AXA which appointed the Wall Street bank to sell its Central and Eastern European business to Austrian insurer Uniqa in February.
