King Charles and Queen Camilla have unveiled their new state portraits at the National Gallery on the second anniversary of their Coronation day.

He said Queen Camilla had been "quite funny, very humorous".

King Charles and Queen Camilla will lead the nation in "celebrating, commemorating and giving thanks to the wartime generation whose selfless devotion duty and service should stand as an enduring example to us all - and must never be forgotten", a Palace aide said.

King Charles and Queen Camilla are expected to make an appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony at the military parade on Monday.

Off the top, Carney announced an upcoming visit from King Charles III and Queen Camilla, who will visit Canada later this month.
