Jacobs-Jenkins has written a domestic drama in the epic tradition of “Death of a Salesman,” “Long Day’s Journey Into Night,” “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” and “August: Osage County.”

He also spent four years traveling for regional theater, performing in shows including “Romeo & Juliet,” “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” and “The Lover” in places like Washington, D.C.,

At 52, she was Tony-nominated for playing Big Mama in the 2003 Broadway revival of “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.”

Normal People star Daisy Edgar-Jones is to appear in a new production of Cat On A Hot Tin Roof at London's Almeida theatre later this year.
