Migrant advocates say that all deportees — Mexicans and international — are being shuttled by the National Guard to points south, including in Tabasco and Chiapas, which are near Guatemala.

On Nov. 22nd, a single case of screwworm in Chiapas, a Mexican state at the border with Guatemala, triggered an American ban on imports of beef that transited through or came from Mexico.

They will move back to their homeland in the southern state of Chiapas by Christmas.

In Chiapas, they have nearly five acres of land, where they hope to build a ranch, raise animals and grow crops.
