All four Plaid Cymru MPs, most of whom have otherwise supported the legislation, voted against.

Plaid Cymru's Luke Fletcher has written to the Welsh government asking for clarification, after the Counsel General, Julie James, had told the Senedd the funds would be "administered" in Wales.

Director of Friends of the Earth Cymru, Haf Elgar, said she wanted everyone to take action to reduce air pollution.

But charity Shelter Cymru said it was concerned some people could slip through the net, adding that the stakes for people in need of social homes were high.

Plaid Cymru's Heledd Fychan said it was disappointing that there seemed to be no imminent review of how Wales was funded, despite that being a UK Labour manifesto promise.
