They point to a health centre that they say struggles to accurately measure patients' blood pressure at times because the sound waves from the concerts disturb the readings in their machines.

Dr Salha told the BBC they would provide services through a primary health centre in Gaza City and said another might be established in a shelter.

"Listen, by any account, the destruction is massive. The number of people who have been killed is huge and certainly underestimated. We have seen the systematic destruction also of a school, of a health centre. People have been constant pinballs within Gaza, moving all the time. So there is absolutely no doubt that we are talking about massive atrocities. Genocide? It could end up to genocide. There are many elements which could go in this direction."

The Nuffield Health Devonshire leisure centre in Derriford, Plymouth, said it remained closed due to the water issues, as well as Plymouth Marjon University, including the Marjon Sport and Health Centre.

The Joda border clinic - built from iron sheets - is the only functioning health centre in the area.
