The audacity of ending this piece with “ ‘Justitia Omnibus”: “Justice to All,’ ” while only fighting for some is a slap in the face, again.

It is well past time that the District lives up to its motto “Justitia Omnibus”: “Justice to All.”

There is already a flag, seal and motto – “Justitia Omnibus”, or “Justice for All” – but still the question of the name.
