The festival spanned 24 days, 25 venues and featured more than 200 artists, ranging from the likes of Welsh language emerging folk artist Mari Mathias, to 2024 Mercury Prize winner English Teacher.

During the celebration Abune Mathias, the patriarch of Ethiopia's Orthodox Church, called on Ethiopians to unite and play a part in bringing peace to the country.

Last month, Mathias Ecke, a European Parliament candidate for the Social Democrats, who lead Germany’s coalition government, was assaulted while hanging posters in Dresden, leaving him with a broken cheekbone and eye socket.

"This is hardly surprising, as we can only influence one of the two key players with pemafibrate. Unfortunately, a drug that mimics the effects of PCK1 is not yet available," explains Mathias Heikenwälder.
