City have set their stall out by spending more than £100m to bolster their squad for the tournament and will be heavy favourites against Moroccan champions Wydad AC in Philadelphia.

All three, plus new goalkeeper Bettinelli, are available for selection for the Club World Cup with City facing Moroccan side Wydad AC in Philadelphia first on 18 June.

On a visit to Moroccan capital Rabat, Lammy said Morocco's autonomy proposal was "the most credible, viable and pragmatic basis for a lasting resolution of the dispute".
