The teen, from Honduras and identified only as "Henry," was taken away from his foster family in Pensacola, Florida, "in handcuffs and leg irons," the Miami Herald reported.

The 27-year-old former beauty queen previously said she believes God placed her father at the Pensacola Federal Prison Camp to “truly make a difference.”

The EMS service for Pensacola, Florida, also diverted patients from the Ascension hospital there to other hospitals, its spokesperson told the Pensacola News Journal.

It is home to Pensacola Naval Air Station and more than 93,000 veterans live in the area.

The primary for the First Congressional District, which covers Pensacola and the western Florida Panhandle, will take place on Aug. 20.
