Europe and other world powers demanding guarantees that minorities’ rights would be preserved before far-reaching sanctions on the country can be lifted.

The current court has deemed history and tradition to be central to the interpretation of our constitutional rights.

The protest will cap weeks of lead-up events from Know Your Rights trainings for immigrant workers, defense trainings and panels on LGBTQ+ rights.

Dr McCloud, who stepped down from their High Court role court last year, said the Supreme Court judgement and equality watchdog's new guidance violated her human rights and she felt "contained and segregated".

Benn said while the government wanted an investigation that complied with its human rights obligations, the Court of Appeal's judgment required a "detailed and comprehensive response".
