Two men with paranoid schizophrenia stabbed members of the public in separate attacks weeks before Valdo Calocane's killings in Nottingham – and all were under the care of the same NHS trust, the BBC has found.

Wayne Birkett, Sharon Miller and Marcin Gawronski were all seriously injured after Valdo Calocane hit them with a stolen van in the city centre on 13 June 2023.

They - along with Marcin Gawronski - were struck by a van driven by Valdo Calocane, leaving all three pedestrians seriously injured.

Barnaby Webber, Grace O'Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates were killed by Valdo Calocane in the city on 13 June 2023.

The call for Fleet's health reports to be released comes after NHS England reversed its decision not to publish a full report into the care received by Nottingham triple killer Valdo Calocane, who also suffered from schizophrenia.
